She's Helping To Build A New CUNO-Literally!

While Chris is not a plastic surgeon, she has proven to be a master of the face-lift. In her role as CUNO's Environmental, Health & Facility Manager, Chris is currently heading up a multi-million dollar renovation and expansion of our world headquarters located in Meriden, CT. CUNO's offices are now as state-of-the art as its products, and Chris deserves a great deal of the credit.

As her title suggests, Chris's responsibilities go far beyond management of the facilities and maintenance staff. She also spends a good portion of her time dealing with health and environmental issues as they relate to our manufacturing centers. During her tenure, she has not only successfully reduced the number of employee work-injury related absences by 90%, but secured over $400,000 in incentives for energy efficiency programs and assembled a top-notch Hazardous Material Response Team. None of this comes as a surprise to CUNO, because Chris has her 16-person team running like clockwork!

Initially, taking so much responsibility was a bit daunting, even for this go-getter. She once remarked, " I never expected to be able to successfully juggle both Facilities and EHS at the same time."

How does she feel she's managed?
