Since Bill is an avid mountain climber, it is not surprising that he has quickly climbed to the top at CUNO. Ever since joining in 1996 in Zetapor Manufacturing, Bill has been able to have an immediate and tangible impact on productivity and the bottom line. Moving through the ranks in Zetapor as an ITG Consultant, Technical Engineering Specialist, and Production Manager, Bill's continued impact was instrumental in reducing scrap from 30% to 10%. This alone caused productivity to rise by 50%. Says Bill of his success, "My ability to change things has surprised me a little, but I think it has a lot to do with people's willingness to try new things and a healthy environment where people are welcome to express ideas."

With those accomplishments on his resume, Bill now manages our manufacturing operations center located in Enfield, CT. Overseeing production has proven to be a major challenge, but one that Bill has managed with great success.

Bill continues to be an impact player and CUNO is just the type of place for such a person. As Bill notes "The company is large enough to be in the game, but small enough that an individual's impact is not lost in the shuffle."
