Benefits

Medical/Dental
CUNO is proud to offer the Flex-Choice plan to its employees. Flex-Choice, administered through AETNA, is a comprehensive medical & dental plan that allows employees to choose benefits that best suit their needs. In addition to the Flex-Choice plan, CUNO employees are offered both short-term and long-term disability insurance, and varying levels of life insurance coverage. CUNO employees also have the option of Flexible Spending Accounts.

A recent benchmarking study of CUNO's benefits package revealed that it is highly competitive and, in many cases, more competitive than plans offered by our peers. Employees are eligible to enroll in our benefits plan the first of the month following thirty days of employment.

Retirement Plans
CUNO offers both a diversified 401k plan administered by Merrill Lynch and a Pension Plan to assist CUNO employees plan for retirement. The 401(k) matches 50 cents on the dollar (up to 6% of annual income) and has no vesting period, and the Pension Plan is fully funded by the Company!

Tuition Reimbursement
We encourage our employees to search out training and educational opportunities that will assist them with obtaining their career objectives. As such, we offer a highly competitive educational tuition reimbursement program that typically covers all (or most) of the cost of work related classes.

Vacations
CUNO offers a competitive vacation package. It is our sincerest desire to help employees successfully manage their personal and professional lives. In addition, employees are allotted 12 paid holidays per year.
